The Boys, the twisted and explosive science fiction series on Prime Video, is entering its 4th season. Get all the details about the new season here.
If you thought Season 3 of The Boys was shocking, brace yourself for what’s coming in Season 4. Get all the scoop on what we know so far about this Prime Video series.
With 3 seasons of The Boys and the 1st season of Gen V, the universe of this comic-based story keeps expanding. That’s something I’m very excited about because it’s one of my all-time favorite series.
What’s the main plot of The Boys?
In general terms, The Boys offers a fun, violent, and irreverent take on what happens when people with superpowers attain a status as influential as politicians, becoming as revered as earthly gods, and abusing their talents instead of using them for good.
“The Seven” is the name given to the leaders of the powerful and influential group of supers, or corrupt and dangerously ruthless “superheroes.”
On the other hand, The Boys is the name given to a group of vigilantes who, with powerful personal reasons, are motivated to expose the truth about “The Seven” and Vought, the billionaire conglomerate that manages the superheroes and covers up their dirty secrets.
What happened in Season 3 of The Boys? (spoilers ahead)
In the previous season of The Boys, we delved into a world where superheroes weren’t exactly the saviors everyone thought they were. From Homelander consolidating his power to political intrigues with Victoria Neuman, each episode was a journey filled with surprises, unexpected twists, and blood.
The Season 3 finale left us with more questions than answers. What happened to Black Noir after his brutal encounter with Homelander? What direction will Queen Maeve’s story take after the devastating events? And, of course, what will be the fate of our beloved anti-heroes of The Boys?

What is the new season of The Boys about?
Chaos is about to erupt again in The Boys Season 4! With the world on the brink and new villains lurking, the members of The Boys will have to unite more than ever to save the day.
Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Presidential Office and under the muscular thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, who has only a few months left to live, has lost Becca’s son, as well as his job leading The Boys. The rest of the team is tired of his lies. With risks more dangerous than ever, they’ll have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.
The Boys in Mexico to present the official trailer
A lucky group of fans who attended the first edition of CCXP Mexico were surprised on May 3rd with the extraordinary official trailer of the fourth season of The Boys presented by some of its protagonists.
Who stars in The Boys?
The cast of The Boys is packed with talent. On the boys’ side – we can’t say they’re on the side of good or just – are Karl Urban as Butcher, Jack Quaid as the clever and brave Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, the moral heart of the team, Tomer Capone as the ingenious Frenchie, and Karen Fukuhara as the mysterious and lethal Kimiko Miyashiro.
On the supers’ side – it’s not really correct to call them superheroes, super killers suits them better – Antony Starr as the powerful and dangerously unhinged Homelander (known as The Patriot in Spanish), Chace Crawford as The Deep, a super who developed characteristics similar to those of a fish, Colby Minifie as a Vought employee named Ashley Barrett (who also appears in the spinoff series called Gen V), Claudia Doumit as the dangerous politician Victoria Neuman, whom we hope to learn more about in this fourth season, and the brilliant Cameron Crovetti as Ryan, Homelander’s son, who indeed inherited some superpowers.
Erin Moriarty plays Starlight/Annie January, a heroine with a heart of gold who fights for truth and justice in a world full of corruption and who is a key piece for The Boys to fulfill their mission. And Jessie T. Usher is A-Train, a speedy super who began his path to redemption in the third season.
Additionally, the fourth season will welcome The Boys to Susan Heyward as Sister Sage, Valorie Curry as Firecracker, and the surprise that Jeffrey Dean Morgan will be playing a character whose name we still don’t know, adding even more depth and excitement to the plot.

Levin, and Jason Netter are also executive producers.
